The Legal Institute of West Michigan
In December 2002, Michigan State University College of Law (MSU Law), Grand Valley State University (GVSU), Michigan State University (MSU) and the Grand Rapids Bar Association (GRBA) collaborated to form The Legal Institute of West Michigan, which will plan and offer law –related courses for the benefit of the West Michigan public and Bar. The sponsors are committed to ensuring that any program of legal education offered will be of the same high quality of instruction and service as of those offered by any of the individual institutions. The first such offering is the Business and Tax Law Center, located at GVSU’s Grand Rapids campus.
